RETURNS

  • Returns are not accepted after 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • To complete a return, it is mandatory to fill in the form on the Returns & Exchanges Platform until the collection is scheduled. Returns sent outside this process are entirely the customer’s responsibility (costs, damage, or loss).
  • You can choose: size exchange; exchange for another product via Gift Card; refund (with applicable costs)
  • The exchange process takes 3 to 7 business days and refunds up to 20 business days (during peak periods — Nov, Dec, Jan, Jul, Aug — this may extend up to 30 days for exchanges and 40 days for refunds).
  • Orders placed between November 1st and December 31st, 2026 can be exchanged or returned until January 31st, 2027, as long as the items show no signs of use or misuse.

Gift Card: Terms of Use

  • Validity: The gift card you purchase is valid for 12 months from the date of payment.
  • Card Value: The amount of the gift card is at your discretion, allowing you to choose the value you wish to offer.
  • Card Delivery: After purchase, you will receive the gift card in the form of a discount code sent directly to your email. This code must be used at the time of purchase to activate the discount.
  • Cancellation Option: You have the option to cancel the gift card within 1 hour after its purchase. The validity of the card only begins after the purchase is confirmed, which will be communicated through a confirmation email.
  • Restrictions: Once purchased, the gift card is non-refundable. Furthermore, associated discount codes cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
  • Balance Use: If the value of the selected products is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will be available in the code for use in future purchases. If the value of the products exceeds the amount of the gift card, you must complete the payment of the excess amount through a credit card.
  • Exchange Policy: Products purchased with the gift card can be exchanged, but cash refunds are not possible. Only the additional amount paid beyond the value of the gift card will be refundable or converted into a new discount code.
