You can return your item(s) within a maximum period of 30 calendar days after receiving your order.

Available options

We accept returns under the following options:
  • Size exchange — you can exchange the item for the same model in a different size, subject to stock availability.
  • Exchange via Gift Card — you can choose to receive a Gift Card for the value of the returned items and use it to purchase other products in a new order.
  • Refund — you can request a refund for the returned items, with the costs indicated below applied.

*All returns must be received and validated at our warehouse before any exchange, Gift Card or refund is processed.

Refunds

🚨 Refunds have a cost. Shipping costs (if paid) are non-refundable. In addition, a return fee will be applied and deducted from the refund amount:

Cost-free alternative: Gift Card

If you choose to receive a Gift Card, no return cost will be applied 🎉
  • It will have the full value of the returned items;
  • It can be used to purchase other products in a new order;
  • It is valid for 365 days (1 year).

How to return

To make a return, you must:
  1. Access the Exchanges & Returns Platform;
  2. Fill in the form until scheduling the collection;
  3. After submission, you will receive updates on the return status via email.
This process is automatic and autonomous, not requiring intervention from our team.

Return preparation

  • Items must be in original condition, without signs of use and with all tags;
  • We do not accept returns of items with signs of use, without tags or without presenting the invoice;
  • Place the items and the invoice inside the original packaging;
  • If you no longer have it, you may use a suitable alternative packaging;
  • We are not responsible for damage during transport.

Important notes

  • We do not accept returns after 30 calendar days after receiving the order;
  • Returns sent outside the platform are entirely the customer’s responsibility (costs, damages or loss);
  • The exchange process takes 3 to 7 business days;
  • The refund process takes up to 20 business days;
  • During peak periods (Nov, Dec, Jan, Jul, Aug), timelines may extend up to:
    • 30 business days for exchanges;
    • 40 business days for refunds.

Special Christmas return period

All orders placed between November 1 and December 31, 2026 have an extended period for exchanges or returns until January 31, 2027, provided that the items show no signs of use or misuse.
