Delivery times can shift a bit due to external factors like holidays, weekends, time zones, and even country-specific laws (hello, customs!). Plus, if we try to deliver but no one's home, that might slow things down slightly.

But no worries! We process orders at lightning speed, depending on the shipping type you choose and where we're sending it. Just be aware that during busy times like Sale Periods, Black Friday, and Christmas, our carrier buddies are also racing around, which might stretch the delivery times a tad.

And to make things even cooler, any purchases made between November 1 and December 31, 2026, can be exchanged or returned until January 31, 2027, provided the items are spick-and-span, showing no signs of wear or mischief.
