We do not return orders over 30 business days from the invoice date.
If you decide to send us an item back, whether you are exchanging or returning, without first contacting us, you will be 100% responsible for all fees, damages or possible loses.
You do not need to return the products offered by us, such as masks. Keep them and enjoy the offer.
The exchange process can take between 3-7 working days and the refund process up to 20 working days (in the months of November, December, January, July and August these deadlines can be changed up to 30 working days for exchanges and 40 working days for refunds).
Purchases made between November 1 and December 31, 2026, may be exchanged or returned until January 31, 2027, as long as the articles show no signs of use or misuse.

Gift Card: Terms of Use
Validity: The gift card you purchase is valid for 12 months from the date of payment.
Card Value: The amount of the gift card is at your discretion, allowing you to choose the value you wish to offer.
Card Delivery: After purchase, you will receive the gift card in the form of a discount code sent directly to your email. This code must be used at the time of purchase to activate the discount.
Cancellation Option: You have the option to cancel the gift card within 1 hour after its purchase. The validity of the card only begins after the purchase is confirmed, which will be communicated through a confirmation email.
Restrictions: Once purchased, the gift card is non-refundable. Furthermore, associated discount codes cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
Balance Use: If the value of the selected products is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will be available in the code for use in future purchases. If the value of the products exceeds the amount of the gift card, you must complete the payment of the excess amount through a credit card.
Exchange Policy: Products purchased with the gift card can be exchanged, but cash refunds are not possible. Only the additional amount paid beyond the value of the gift card will be refundable or converted into a new discount code.
